“Borde til gadelamper”

Side 2006 har jeg samarbejdet med Michel Chevalier fra “Unlimited Liability” om at forsyne området med borde som let lader sig montere på lygtepæle. Jeg designede bordene og det lokale Jugendwerkstatt byggede dem. Den overordnede ide er at give plads til konsum og kontemplation I det offentlige rum uafhængigt at kommercielle cafeer. I oktober 2007 dokumenterede jeg projektet I Westwerk, Hamburg. Ud over modeller af designet viste jeg også en video med interviews med beboere I området.

“Tables for street lamps”

Unlimited Liability, Munzviertel, Hamburg, Germany 2006, 2007 and 2008

From 2006 I have worked with colleague Michel Chevalier from “Unlimited Liability” on providing an area with tables that are easily attached to light poles.  I designed the tables and the local “Jugendwerkstatt” built them. The basic idea is to provide space for consumption and contemplation in a public area independent from commercial cafes. In October 2007 I documented the project in Westwerk, Hamburg. Along with a model of the design I showed a video of interviews with the local residents.
