“Undskyld”

I forbindelse med billboard projektet Women 2003 broderede jeg ordet “Undskyld” på et stykke rødt silke og brugte det som motiv. Skiltet var ment som en offentlig undskyldning for ikke at kunne/ville opfylde samfundets æstetiske forventninger.

”Excuse me”

In connection with the billboard project “Women 2003”, I embroidered the words “Excuse Me” onto a piece of red silk and used this as a motive. The intention of the sign was a public apology for not wanting or being able to live up to the aesthetic expectations of society.
